I had an issue with my order and, to be fair, customer service got back to me quicker than I expected. I do think whoever handled the original order could’ve paid a bit more attention, because that’s what caused the hassle in the first place. Still, they sorted it out without too much back and forth, so I’m not mad about it. Not perfect, but I left feeling okay about the whole thing...

Big R Online is usually okay, but I assumed it would run a little smoother. Some pages open quickly, then out of nowhere another page takes longer than I expected, so it feels a bit inconsistent.
I had a couple moments where the site froze or didn’t refresh the way I thought it would. Nothing that made me give up completely, but my quick take is that it works, just not as reliably as it probably should

"Wish I hadn’t put off logging in"
I expected logging into my account on Big R Online to be a hassle, so I kind of put it off longer than I should have. Turns out, that was unnecessary because the login was quick, easy, and didn’t throw a bunch of random extra steps at me.
Once I was in, managing my account was just as simple. I could check my details and make changes without feeling lost, which made me regret waiting to take care of it. Overall, it was a smooth experience.

I just used bigronline.com recently to shop for a few things for the house, it was easy to get around. The menu made sense, and I didn’t have to spend much time digging through random pages to find the main sections I needed.
The search was decent for basic stuff, though a couple results weren’t exactly what I had typed in. The filters helped clean that up, so it wasn’t a big deal. Based on my most recent experience, I’d say it’s not perfect, but it’s a solid and convenient site to shop on.

I ordered a firearm through Big R Online, and from my side, the compliance part took a bit longer than I expected. They did ask for the proper FFL information, and everything seemed legit and handled correctly, but I didn’t get many updates while I was waiting. Customer service did respond when I reached out, though it wasn’t super quick. Overall, I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience, just kind of average. In my opinion, it would feel a lot smoother if they explained the process and timeline a little better upfront.

I had to mess around with the promo code a little before it went through, but once it worked, it saved me a few bucks. if you’re already planning to buy something, it’s worth trying a coupon first. I wouldn’t go out of my way just for the discount, but in this case it was a nice little bonus.

I like the idea of having a rewards program, and it’s nice to feel like you’re getting a little something back when you shop. But my points never seem to add up the way I expect, and when I reached out to support, they didn’t really give me a clear answer or fix anything. It’s ended up feeling like more hassle than it’s worth. The store itself is fine, and I’ve had good experiences otherwise, but the rewards program could definitely use some work
